STARCAVE

Welcome to STARCAVE, a procedurally generated side scrolling space shooter where you fly through a cave that is being generated as you play! You have to shoot down flying enemies and navigate your way through disappearing and reappearing laser barriers! Be careful, because you have a limited amount of fuel, and to get more you have to hover over fuel containers that are floating in the air that are marked with a "+" symbol. If you run out of fuel, its game over! Use Arrow Keys or WASD to move and Q, Z, Space, M, L, or P to shoot. This game was heavily inspired by early side scrolling shooters such as Scramble, Vanguard, and Laser Gates! This is my submission for PROCJAM 2020.
